One funnel feeds three tracks.

The mobile pop-up programme (Track 1) generates leads at events. Men's leads flow into Track 2 (Men's Health Clinic) for longevity / GLP-1 / EMSella. Mixed leads flow into Track 3 (DGP umbrella) for women's tier, family GP, corporate, concierge.

Track 1 is the cash-light, lean-start, weekend road show. Tracks 2 and 3 are the premium clinical revenue. You can run any track independently — but together they form one integrated business.
